Women are among the front runners of those who WANT to be able to provide an income for their homes with flexibility. For some that's so they can stay home with their kids, for others it's to provide an additional stream of income and for many that overlap it's to secure residual income. 

Monat is the FIRST company that focuses on hair care, adding skin care ensured they'd capitalize on a large market segment. They're a US based debt free company, who owns their research and development facilities ensuring their quality is beyond baseline. They're disrupting the beauty industry and changing how people think about the products they're using, and the chemicals they're inviting in their home. 
With a culture of gratitude and community give back, Monat is working to leave the world a better place every single day. As they strive to become a B-corp, Monat is simply shaking it up. 

Beyond that, it's a consumable product with a habit most people already have or are looking to improve. As a businesswoman, this stands out to me. I'm making sure the company I've partnered with goes above and beyond, is giving back, is building a sustainable business and also listening to the market demands. as they've begun expanding internationally, it is allowing me even more flexibility to grow my business. Something my photography company simply won't do. 

I work when and how I want, which is a blessing since I'm not giving up photography or getting our hands into other businesses (we're serial entrepreneurs!) all while being a present and THRIVING momma for my boys and hubs!
